Go Over Day's Events Each Night Before You Pray:
At the end of each day go over the events that took place to see where you upheld the 40 Day Challenge, as well as to see where improvement is needed. This will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses, and will assist you in becoming more mindful in your day to day activities. The goal you should set for yourself every day is as follows: "Your ideal is to cleanse your thoughts, develop, love, kindness, compassion, mercy, long-suffering, patience, selflessness, and humility, while expelling greed, anger, and ignorance; the 3 poisons of the soul".
